Magazine AM: PM, second year in numbers

In the editorial published in number 0 of the magazine, we wondered how long a publication of this type could last on the Island, considering all the factors against it.

Two years later, amid always difficult conditions for an independent media outlet made in Cuba, and with the help of a growing community of contributors and readers, Magazine AM:PM has begun to map the sound Cuba of the 21st century while it also looks to the past, approaching from various angles the phenomena that involve the teaching, creation, production, distribution and consumption of music in Cuba.
Ahead is a year full of uncertainties rather than promises, but we hope that together with you we will find a way to continue talking about music in Cuba without geographical or aesthetic limits. Thank you for joining us on this journey.
