We start this new installment of Newness Cuba with Prettya bridge between Havana and New Orleans, with the explosive combination of Cimafunk and Big Freedia. The Akokán Orchestra delights us with Bread with Tíbirihis most recent in a series of singles that have been launched this year.

Telmary joins Rumbatá on Spirit with Feelingwhile Maykel Blanco y Su Salsa Mayor team up with El Chulo on Leave The Fallacy. The alliance between JP Venom, Chris Tamayo and KENDAYA resulted in the track I CAN'T LIE TO YOU; while the PAUZA, Brenda Navarrete and Team Distant take us to a mystical world in Oya.

Atemporal Duo, Carlo Fidel and Noslen Porrúa captivate us with their intimist Prayer of silence; and Lose My Name and Bus on Road take us into a new world of mood in VERIDIS QUO and Dayron Ortiz presents us with Too Much to Ask, recording that is part of the tribute album to Marta Valdés titled Much More Than Words which the guitarist released this week.
