The AM:PM Route - Music Billboard (February 22 - 28)
Our Thursdays are for tracing the musical route of the week; check out our billboard and find out about the events involving Cuban music that will take place in the coming days.
For today we highlight the concerts at Club 500 as part of the Salsa Festival program, which will take place until Sunday 25, and the presentation of Iroyé at Fábrica de Arte Cubano. Tomorrow, Friday, the National Concert Band will once again perform Cinemanía, a selection of songs popularized through audiovisuals. The date is at 7:00 p.m. at the Amadeo Roldan Conservatory Theater. Later that night, Ja Rulay will perform at the LM bar what he claims will be "his last concert before his tour to Europe".
The Salsa Festival is not over yet. Come to Club 500 and enjoy the more than 15 orchestras scheduled to perform this weekend. Los Van Van, El Noro y Primera Clase, Paulito FG, Haila María Mompié and Havana D'Primera are just a small selection of them.
We also highlight the presentations scheduled at the Theater Hall of the National Museum of Fine Arts, where the American Peter More & Friends and Aldo López-Gavilán will be performing on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
