U.S. Embassy invites to special presentations for LGBTQ+ Pride Month
The U.S. Embassy in Cuba proposes for this week a series of special events with prominent national and international artists advocating for LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion.
A promotion released on the embassy's official channels announced that these meetings will explore the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, the importance of visibility and empowerment, and will be moments to exchange ideas and experiences.
From June 26 to 28, three night venues in Havana will host the presentations. The itinerary of the events, a sort of musical and performative variety, is detailed below:
