Nam San Fong Photo: Fernando Florit. Music, the creative food of Fernando Florit
Fernando Florit has been many people in one: design student and engraving student of Belkis Ayón in Havana in the early nineties, decorative painter for the Desigual brand, student (again) of Photographic Technique in Barcelona. Despite all these skin changes, music has been a constant companion for him, creative and spiritual food.
His images capture the faces of those who move us with the sounds of their varied instruments: the intense drum ringing in the hands of Rumberos de Cuba, the unclassifiable guitar of Nam San Fong, the show proudly queer from Liniker.
From Spain he founded and manages the photographic community together with Octavi Royo and Carlos Blasi AGORA images, a platform based in Barcelona that promotes photography through competitions paid by international brands, empowers the work of photographers from around the world and connects them through their social networks.
In Magazine AM:PM We are very happy to invite our readers to look at their work.
